Hey, Lovelies, I'm Santis

Thanks for stopping by to learn a little bit of me

ABOUT ME

Hi there! I’m Santis O’Garro, a proud mum of two, who believes family is everything. My budgeting approach, “The Four Families Budgeting Method,” is shaped by my core values of ethics, love, and inclusion. My mission is to help families appreciate the importance of managing money, regardless of their background. A few things about me:

1. I love to laugh and dance, aiming to bring joy even in serious moments.
2. I’m passionate about the outdoors and was invited to participate in the “Get Ireland Active” campaign with my children.
3. Food holds a special place in my heart- I love eating and cooking.
4. I was born on the Caribbean Island of Montserrat.
5. Once, I spontaneously danced on stage in front of 40,000 people after a random invitation on the street.

In the past, I experienced the relentless grind of living paycheck to paycheck as a Dublin betting shop manager. Struggling as a single mother, my bad money habits led to overwhelming debt, pushing me to my lowest point in 2018. However, that marked a turning point. I emerged, cleared €15027 in debt, left my job, and am now coaching families globally.

Resilience is a word close to my heart as it signifies not just survival, but thriving. I’m here to walk alongside you in this safe space built on trust, empathy, and proven strategies. If my story resonates with you, know that you’re not alone. I’ve been through the struggles and hardships, but together, we can conquer financial hurdles and lead fulfilling lives.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me.

My Story

In the depths of financial struggle, I, Santis O’Garro, your Money Mentor, once knew the relentless grind of living paycheck to paycheck as a Dublin betting shop manager. Every penny counted in the face of Dublin’s high living costs, exacerbated by my poor money habits. My paycheck barely covered essentials- mortgage, childcare, loans – and I was drowning in debt.

The turning point hit hard in 2018. Struggling as a single mother in Dublin, my bad money habits converged, and debt tightened its grip. At my lowest, I contemplated a world without me. Interventions came just in time, propelling me out of the shadows. A nervous breakdown became the catalyst, posing a crucial question: “Will the pain break me or make me? This marked the shift. I not only emerged but cleared €15027 in debt, left my job, and coached globally.

My story is one of resilience, inspiring global money conversations, and changing lives. It’s not just survival; it’s thriving. I’m here to guide you with trust, empathy, and proven strategies. If my story resonates, know you’re not alone. I’ve been through the struggles, the pain, and the burden of financial challenges. But change is possible. Together, we can shift your narrative, conquer financial hurdles, and build a future of abundance and well-being.

I AM HONOURED YOU TOOK THE TIME TO FIND OUT ABOUT ME

THE BUDGET MINDSET

Those who know me know I never do things the easy way. Of course, I went one step further.

Not only did I learn to budget, but I developed my form of priority based budgeting method, along with the Budget Mindset Planner. This is what I can share with you.

The Budget Mindset planner is my notebook. You use this to plan out each month according to your four families. For further help, I also set up The Budget Mindset Club. A place for like-minded people to learn and grow together.
